Account data: first name, last name, email, password (hashed).
Birth details: date, time and place of birth, gender, provided for casting your readings.
Loved ones' astro profiles: first name and birth details of the people you register on your account (five profiles maximum). You ensure you have their consent before providing them; this data follows the same protection, retention and deletion rules as your own.
Usage data: readings requested (type, period) and their content, in order to return them to you.
Personal questions: the content of your questions and the answers given, kept in your history until you delete it (each exchange can be deleted individually, or the whole history cleared, at any time).
Technical data: IP address, connection logs, session cookie.
4. Purposes
· Provide and improve the Service (calculating and writing your readings)
· Manage your personal space and your reading history
· Fight fraud and abusive use
· Meet legal and accounting obligations
· Send you Service-related emails (address verification, password reset, answers to your requests)
5. Recipients
Limited access: the Kovaluna / Groupe Aventers team, Clever Cloud (hosting, Paris) and technical tools strictly necessary to the Service (email delivery, automated processing of readings). No commercial transfer to third parties: your data is never sold.
6. Retention period
Your data is kept while you use the Service, then subject to limited legal archiving before deletion.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them: contact form.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect your data (hashed passwords, secure sessions, restricted access). You remain responsible for keeping your password confidential.
9. Cookies
Kovaluna only uses strictly necessary cookies (authentication). No marketing or tracking cookies.
10. Changes
This Policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
11. Language
This Privacy Policy is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
